I replaced the old brown tiles with the light natural planks and the product was easy to cut and install! Packaged well for no dings along edges. Our delivery lost one package and their customer service pulled through with quick and thoughtful replies to send a replacement once we realized the box was lost in transit. Easily cleaned tiles and if I messed up an install, I just used my hair dryer to heat the glue and pull up and then replaced with next tile. I used goo gone successfully when I got sticky residue on any tiles (residue was from the previous older tiles). Very happy with the look and texture of the tiles!
