I am ready on a purchase of the 53 inch but need this confirmed prior to proceeding. I have a mac and have researched software… apparently Easy Cut Studio https://www.easycutstudio.com/ can run the Vevor from on a Mac? is this a viable workaround?

Hi, 1. Can you cut mylar sheets with this product? 2. To what thickness can you cut with this product? 3. Is photoshop files compatible with this machine? 4. How often does a blade need to be replaced? 5. How much is servicing? How is this done? 6. If i use mylar does it have to be on a roll, or can it be single sheets?

It can cut soft roll materials with an adhesive thickness of no more than one millimeter. It cannot cut PS pictures, but can only cut vector images. The blade depends on your usage. There is no fixed replacement time. It can cut roll materials as well as cut. leaflet. The product has a one-year warranty, and free accessory replacement and technical consultation are provided within one year.

I notice the next model with a 53" capacity has the catch basket assy, searched website for parts....is it possible to buy the rails etc to convert my 53" that did not come with one? The stand looks the same as the 53" I bought from you, I suspect the parts fit mine.My one has the half rail with the 2 rollers.
