I could leave the review with the title, but hear me out. The machine itself seems every bit as good as the big brand names, there is no stupid subscription needed, and once set up and the quirks of the software are overcome, it really does work nicely. I am using it to print .png images that I create / export from Inkscape or Corel Draw (for my old artwork, I am going fully open source over time...). It is not obvious how to send a job to print. Well here goes what the manual won't tell you... Go through the process of a print and cut like the manual shows, by clicking send to cutter... THEN you will see the send to printer dialogue... After that and you have a good print, it might not work, I was getting my cuts WAY off from where they should be, the size and shape were dead on, but on the material they were off by like 1/2" to the side and 3/4 to 1" too high up! After googling I found that with other software the print object has GOT to be sized to what you want it OUTSIDE of the cutter software and MUST be the same size in the cutter software, so make your adjustments outside in your graphics suite. Once I did that, design, print, cut has been running smooth as glass. So far I have been printing sticker paper, and heat transfer paper and am VERY happy with the results. Very clean cuts, right where I want them with a beautiful end result. I have matched this up with the Vevor 15x15 heat press that is sadly on clearance, and I must say a wonderful pairing. I did want dedicated function machines so even though I plan on adding tumblers later on, I will do a dedicated heat press for tumblers so I can do / have done both simultaneously. I am hopeful I can grow my business to support that. These tools from Vevor make it easier to afford to launch and expand a small business on a budget. Thank you so much Vevor!

I'm a total newbie, so I'm not the right person to judge this, but I think the machine is great. I've done some cuts and it was great and really easy. Only, there are many accesories for the likes of Cricut and Silhouette, and I wonder if I can adapt any of those to this machine. For instance, I need to cut 1mm rubber sheets. Anyone?

Unit was easy to set up. I'm not a big fan of the phone app it's clumsy. Works great. First cut worked out without any adjustments.

I never used the product, so I don't know if it actually works or not, but my review is totally based on NOT being able to return it. I purchased this item and wanted to return it because I purchased a bigger one from Vevor and they wouldn't send me a return label to return it. They said it would cost more money for me to return it along with fees and whatnots. I ordered it on October 11th and received it a week later. I did a return on October 19th and they would not give me a refund, in fact, they wanted to give me $77 to keep it. I just don't understand this company and hopefully the bigger size cutter I ordered won't have any issues because I see I'm not going to get any satisfaction. I am warning all potential buyers don't order from Vevor they are a joke!! I am definitely pissed. Nothing defective about the product, I just needed to return it because I bought another size from them and money doesn't grow on trees!!!

Never used a vinyl printer before. First unit was faulty. Vevor replaced it no questions asked. Second unit works great. Simple set up and cut a few test pieces very quickly. I'm just a simple hobbyist wanting to learn and have some fun. Thanks Vevor!

All of the order has arrived and really easy to deal with this company. We haven't set it up yet but will do soon.

This Vinyl Cutter Machine by Vevor is a great value. The only issue I had was with the initial setup. After that, I have had no issues. Whis it was a bit more intuitive with their UI. Happy with he product.
