Hi guys, I have a few questions to ask as this is my first time I will be using such a machine. Can we cut 25 and 50 mm circle shape stickers of our own design? Can we use our own design and letters to cut in different sizes or it has to be built in pattern. Can we print pdf files? If there’s any specific software which comes with the machine do you guys provide support/training how to use it? Also is there any machine where we can print and cut both? Thanks

You can design and cut custom graphics, but you cannot cut PDF. However, our software can import SVG format files for output. There are instructional videos in the software.

There are various cliparts in the software, including graphics that you can design yourself. If you feel the content in the software is limited, you can use the file import function. After making the file in the software you are familiar with, use the svg format to import it into our machine software and use the machine to engrave and output.

BAD RETURN TRANSACTION

I never used the product, so I don't know if it actually works or not, but my review is totally based on NOT being able to return it. I purchased this item and wanted to return it because I purchased a bigger one from Vevor and they wouldn't send me a return label to return it. They said it would cost more money for me to return it along with fees and whatnots. I ordered it on October 11th and received it a week later. I did a return on October 19th and they would not give me a refund, in fact, they wanted to give me $77 to keep it. I just don't understand this company and hopefully the bigger size cutter I ordered won't have any issues because I see I'm not going to get any satisfaction. I am warning all potential buyers don't order from Vevor they are a joke!! I am definitely pissed. Nothing defective about the product, I just needed to return it because I bought another size from them and money doesn't grow on trees!!!

Never used a vinyl printer before. First unit was faulty. Vevor replaced it no questions asked. Second unit works great. Simple set up and cut a few test pieces very quickly. I'm just a simple hobbyist wanting to learn and have some fun. Thanks Vevor!

Workhorse!!!

This Vinyl Cutter Machine by Vevor is a great value. The only issue I had was with the initial setup. After that, I have had no issues. Whis it was a bit more intuitive with their UI. Happy with he product.

When I ordered the machine, I got a download link for the software. I went ahead and installed before the machine arrived. While, it may not be as easy as some other popular brand software, it is fairly easy to use. So easy, in fact, I did a print/cut job in less than an hour after receiving the machine. The cuts on the print/cut job were very accurate and clean. Great job Vevor!
