can i run 1 ph 240 + N in and 1 ph 240V + n out
Sorry, we can not run 1 ph 240 + N in and 1 ph 240V + n out. The inverter can only be connected to a three-phase asynchronous motor.

I have a single phase connection and need a 3 phase 415v output to drive a 3 phase hoist. Will this handle the conversion for this output?
The input is single-phase 220V and the output is three-phase 220V. It cannot output a three-phase voltage of about 415V.

if your motor size is 3kw for example can you adjust the KW output of the device down so for example a 4kw unit and adjust to required?
You can use the product directly without modification.

Utilizing the VFD's factory settings makes it a simple plug and go affair. It worked perfectly on three different ASEA motors, a 1/2 , a 1 and a 1 1/2 horsepower. If they were in stock I would purchase another without hesitation.
