I Regret ever buying my 2 ultrasonic cleaners. Products fail and I can accept that, but how Vevor deals with after-sales service is pitiful and in breach of Australian Consumer Laws. 1 product failed after 9 weeks, and the process of lodging a claim is difficult and flawed with failures resulting in contacting Online - Live Chat. After 2 weeks of waiting, I was offered 30% of my original purchase price and told I could keep the broken product.
You offer a 12-month warranty and Australian Consumer Law says I'm entitled to repair or replacement, and you offer me 30% of my purchase price and I can keep a useless product.
Never Again!!
