Very happy with how it came shipped, I read a lot of reviews on this that some of the spots where the catagory 1 pins go were bent , mine is not and they are reinforced with steel gussets, I painted it Kubota Orange because I own a Kubota , so far I am very happy with it but I have not tried useing it yet because I am going to mod it , adding 2 pvc pipes on opposite side for mor tool storage and also going to add a chain saw scabbard to it , many some uprights so I can attach trimmers etc to it.👍

Exceptional value
Bought this for my tractor to help provide ballast when using the loader. Item arrive a little scuffed up but nothing to complain about. I filled it with concrete, it took close to 9 (50) lb bags. One of the tabs for one of the 3 pt arms was a little bent but two blows with a 5lb hammer and it was fine. This was the cheapest option I could find for a ballast box. Worth every penny and serves it's purpose well.

Worked like a charm. I read the reviews about the pins not fitting and either they don’t know what they are doing or the company fixed the issue. It took 45 second to install on my Kubota 4701 and fit perfectly. That being said, the top pin is smaller than the two bottom, as it should be. If a pin does not fit, try the other holes. Over all extremely happy with purchase. Highly recommend.

Holds the tractor down
Now I can lift the rated capacity of my tractor loader. The ballast box is well constructed, easy to assemble, and less expensive than others I found. Two holes in the bottom for drainage. A sliding door to empty loose material used as ballast, but that could be hard to open with weight on it. I filled my box with gravel and I haven't tried to empty it.

Solid Purchase at a good price
I was looking for something to weight down the back of tractor a little better than the box scraper or mower. Using sand in this ballast box really did make a difference. The unit came quickly and there really is not much to do in the setup. Real easy to put together. My only concern at the welds on some parts of the ballast. Only time will tell but for now it seems like a solid buy.

Good Choice
This ballast box was just what I needed for my tractor so I could lift a bail of hay without my bush hog being on the three point. It is much easier to maneuver in tight spaces now. The box fit well on my quick hitch and seems well built. This was much cheaper than buying weights and would recommend this to anyone needing additional ballast for your tractor.

The package was torn when fedex delivered it . The top link pin is missing. The bottom pins are there but the safely lock pin is all missing. Overall the product is good provided they ship with everything they say it comes with . Also if they take care of shipment little bit better . Waiting for customer service to contact me back on top link pin situation .
