This VEVOR Toilet Safety Rail isn’t as wide as I had hoped it would be. It is supposed to be for up to 300 pounds but doesn’t take into consideration the size of the person on the upper end of the weight scale. It is too uncomfortable for me to use because of the bars pressing into my sides.

Overall the over the toilet frame is excellent, my one issue was that there were so many screws, nuts etc. that I found extremely frustrating, I eventually managed to get the frame together and as far as support for a Parkinson's man, it works well Good price point.

I bought this so I could get on and off the toilet by myself after breaking my tibia. Even this small bit of independence made me feel so much better!

Great idea for anyone that needs a little assistance and stability in getting up or sitting down on the toilet. It was easy and fast to build this 4 legged model. In general, once you ensure that all 4 legs are set to the right height, just move it to the needed area. It’s pretty easy to adjust the height of all 4 legs. We are still debating on whether the toilet seat LID should be in front of the rear end of the walker or in the back of it. We will play around with it or maybe even read the directions! Ha! :0) It also comes with an easy to use Velcro mesh pouch. We don’t have a need for it yet because almost everything is in reach in our current situation but we will keep it just in case. $45 is a great price for this handy and useful device. Marking down 1 star because I feel it could be just slightly more solid/stable. We will look at the instruction sheet to see if we missed anything pertinent. I highly recommend this device to anyone who needs it. Safety is priority, especially with Seniors in the house. Enjoy! :0)

This is a great alternative if you don't want to raise the toilet seat and just need the rails. It is easy to assemble and works on pretty much any toilet. And the best part you can still close the toilet, unlike with some of those standard toilet raisers. Very happy with this since I needed it for recovery after a surgery.
