The unit is a very handy depth - not too shallow, not too deep. The quality is ok for what it is. Similar to other plastic cases, but way short of the expensive versions like the SKB Roto case. The aluminum was slightly bent on the lid, which I’ve fixed. But I must say the bolts and pre-threaded holes are barely a pass. It’s so easy to cross thread (and the bolts). This happened on one hole, and there is only 2-3 rotations holding your expensive equipment. Delivery was quick, and purchasing experience good.

Rack was damaged when I received it. Appeared to have a lot of weight put on it during freight and as a result the case was warped out of shape. The front cover does not fit properly as a result. Asked for a replacement or refund. Was offered a $20 payment as compensation and told that a "technician" believed the damage did not impact operation of the case. I have since checked and my support inbox is now throwing an error and cannot see my original support ticket and have had no further contact from the support team.
