These are sturdy steps that are good and solid on the ground, but the flimsy plastic handle that you have to grab to fold them up is going to be the first thing to break.
The handle makes all the difference in the world. I have bought 4 step stools before this one and they all did not hold up. The plastic ones broke and the metal ones didn’t have adjustable legs. Save your money just step up to this step stool.
This is lightweight, can be carried anywhere, and is very easy to open and close. It fits just about anywhere, when closed - does not take up much space at all. Highly recommended, if you need a step-stool that you will move around a lot.
