The handrail arrived secure in the package and was easy to install without assistance from another person. I was able to substitue lag screws to secure the handrail to wood stairs instead of utilizing the concrete anchors which were included with the purchase.
I bought five of these and they are not as described. The metal brace that connects the grab bar to the two supports is easy bent with less than 25 pounds of force. Everything else was pretty sturdy, but there is no way this supports 550lbs.

Not very impressed the mounting brackets at the bottom are all in different positions when they welded them on the post which will make it hard to replace one if you need to because you'll have to drill new mounting holes not a very good design
Good material. The problem is that I tried to order all devices for assembling, but, on VEVOR site, I didn't find for 3/16 inch wire diameter, the offer is only for 1/8 inch. Can you help me?

Installed fast and easy but fasteners didn't hold well enough to support regular use. Replaced fasteners and handrail looks great and works as it should.
Elements of this product are fine, but the details have not been fully thought through. In the pictures the detail missing is more clear, but essentially a finishing cap to cover the open rail connection should be designed to raise the finish standard of the product.
