Based on the dents and abrasion damage observed and missing parts, one could assume that is a return that has been re-boxed for sale. Due to missing parts this can't be assembled. Missing parts - 4 triangular plates to attach the legs to the table top and the leg stabilizing machine side screws. Also missing are the 8 machine screws to attach the 2 shelves and assembly instructions. I don't need the instructions.
