I was not sure about buying this item as I was a bit worried with some of the feedback. I am glad I bought it as it works exactly how I want it to. It whips the ice cream and the pieces of fruit etc into a creamy consistency. If you start off slow it is fine. I did try it a fast speed and it went everywhere. It does not need to go very high at all to get the results. I have a ice cream van and it also makes my milkshakes. So it is a win win for me I can get rid of my milkshakes maker which is more bulker than this machine... I don't hesitate in recommending this machine.

We had a good experience with this machine. Like all other ice cream machines, it takes some getting used to. But for us, we can produce and ice cream cone in seconds and don't have to worry about running the machine to warm like soft serve. It's a great fit for u.

We bought this product to use in our restaurant. It has worked perfectly! I took us a while to figure out how to make the milkshakes without making a mess but now that we know to pull slowly and put the milk in first it’s been awesome! We are happy as are our customers!

This equipment is of poor quality and not very efficient in clean up between use. It is difficult to remove parts for clean up

The machine arrived on time. It came packaged in wood and metal. This machine is VERY heavy and you will need at least two strong people to lift. The machine came with an extra mixing cone which I’ve seen others ask about, so that is nice! Unfortunately the extra cone is pretty scratched up. Also, the machine has a protective film on it that goes past where you can reach so there’s just a little bit left on the machine that you can’t get off so it looks slightly cheap. The machine worked when tested! Hardly any many major dents/scratches.
