I purchased this unit in January 2024. I use it a couple of times per month. In December 2024, while blending a smoothie, the unit died. Vevor's response . . . "We understand your difficulties. Therefore, to make up for your loss, we will refund 42USD to your original payment account as compensation. You can keep the product without returning it." What am I supposed to do with a non-working item that I paid $129 for? What about your great 1-year warranty on every product? BS!
