You need an impact driver then it is amazing for the price.
Get an impact driver you will need it! For the price I'm not complaining but the holes are not threaded, the screws do that for them. It really wasn't easy to setup it wasn't complicated but after 6 screws I walked out to the shop and got a driver. I would think that's for it being cheap, but the thickness of the steel is more than 500lbs atleast for the 12u. Its heavier than I expected at 30-40 lbs and a bit bigger but I didn't measure anything so that's on me band even with some load (150+lbs) it keeps drifting off on me and I need to use the locks.

It's rare to get more than what you payed for but sometimes you do!
Thick gauge metal and quality paint. It was very easy to build, didn't need to read the setup instructions. You will need a drill as the screws are self tapping. It did come with a set of cage nuts and screws 10 I think but depending on your setup you will probably need more. At the moment I don't currently have rails for the Dell R730xd I have so my hack for the time being is using the included shelves as support, there is some slight flex but again this is not their intended use. The casters are extremely rugged in fact I think these are the same castles used in the racks they sell that are twice the size but it's cheaper to source one part. Overall I am extremely satisfied with this rack. It lives in the family room and it looks good enough so as to not piss off my better half.

Il mio caso di utilizzo e' il montaggio di unita' audio. Assemblaggio semplice (le losanghe di profondita' arrivano premontate, se non avete bisogno di allungarle sono pronte), si riesce a montarlo anche da soli - attrezzatevi con avvitatore carico e discretamente potente, le viti di assemblaggio sono molte, e non hanno fori prefilettati. Una volta montato, molto stabile, ruote di plastica semimorbida, scorrevoli, e con freno perfettamente funzionante. Acquisto consigliato.

Screws are self threading
Built quality is sturdy as a rock. Also easy to figure out how to put together. Only thing I didn't like is all the screws are friction fit and self threading still good build quality and easy to put together.

Beautiful Rack for a Growing Home Network
The perfect solution for my ever expanding Communications network at home. Being on casters it is easy to move around and slide to the rear of my extisting rack under the desk in my home office. The instructions are good and the materials / stock that the unit is constructed from make it a very strong product. It took about an hour to assemble while watching the news and I am very happy with the result. Fully recommend it to anyone looking for an extra 12RU of Rack Space.

Not bad but misleading
So I purchased to house my two servers. It says it’s expandable to fit up to 40” and it does. But it provides no support for a 30” server. Of course I can probably make something or buy sliders. But why wouldn’t they provide all the necessary needs to support a larger server but within the racks specs. See attached picture the product itself is fine and will still recommend for standard use.

Better than I thought
I had mixed opinions about ordering this rack (20U) after I read all the reviews. However I can only say that I am pleasantly surprised. After reading the reviews I expected this to take hours to assemble, however it took sub 1 hour to do alone. My 20U unit had the numbers on the front even though the pictures does not, only on the 9U unit, however I do not mind. My 20U unit did not have the coasters from the 20U unit pictures ( which looks like office chair wheels ), but instead it came with the 9U coasters, which seems durable enough. I have mounted probably 80KG of gear + the rack weight itself around 18kg so almost 100kg and it's not problem moving it around. People also complain about the screws, that they are un-tapped and how even an electric screw driver will have a hard time, also that they are philips heads. I had no problem what so ever, also sure philips heads might not be the most optimal, but if you are using the correct gear there aint no problem. Maybe people are getting different versions of this rack, mine was shipped from Czech Republic if that matters.
