I've used the 1050w IR sauna twice, and it's pretty good. Did max setting (75 Celsius) for 35 minutes. It gets quite warm in 5 to 10 minutes, and I start sweating at 15 minutes. The room is 60 degrees. The 20 minutes I'm sweating is enough where I don't really want to go longer. Some issues are 1) the back of the chair gets too hot to lean against. A thin towel draped over the strap it helped, and I'll try a thicker one next. I hope this doesn't block the IR from reaching my back. 2) The way the tent is sown together and the zippers seem like average quality at best, so I can see a fail there in the future. 3) There is an unexplained flap that can cover the head opening. Does this mean I can tuck my head inside the tent and cover the hole? I don't see any other purpose for the flap, but the direction do not explain what it's for. Overall it gets hot and will make you sweat, so I just hope the IR panels last a long time.
