It took me about three hours to put this sandblasting cabinet together. The instruction manual leaves a lot to be desired, but it was fairly easy to figure everything out using the manual as a visual guide. All of the screws were laid out in a convenient plastic separator. Unfortunately, one of those Containers had broken open and was laying in the bottom of the box. After putting it all together, I used it for the first time. The vacuum system is very powerful and very noisy. The silicone tubing that came with my kit was very difficult to use, so I ended up buying a couple of canisters of silicone caulk to apply to the inside of the cabinet. Despite this, the blasting media still gets everywhere. I bought casters for the bottom of my cabinet, making it very easy to maneuver in my small garage. I can also move it outside to avoid covering everything in dust if I want to sandblast something.
Overall, this is a great system for home DIYers that is built well and should last for many years.
