Overall steps were perfect except after the rain the steps are showing mid rust ,not sure if they will deteriorate ,but they are fine for now ?

Hand rail is nit interchangeable. I thought ur would be able to go on either side of the steps but it doesn’t. Not able to use in either my van or my parents.
