Works fine but whistles
These work perfectly fine but when I put them in my car they created a whistling noise when I drove. I was able to resolve this by covering the channel on the bottom of the crossbars. These come with rubber installed on the channel on the top side of the cross bars but on the bottom the channel is completely exposed and the wind blowing over it creates a loud noise.

IMPRESCINDIBLE
Una vez que la usas , ves que es y será una pieza en el coche Imprescindible , pues cuantas veces hay piezas anchas o largas , que no te caben dentro del coche y es la solución a tal efecto . La verdad es que me costó descubrir el montaje y desmontaje de la misma en el coche , hasta que advertí que en cada una de las cuatro cremalleras que se amarran al coche , es necesario actuar en los dos puntos interiores de la cerradura para poder quitar cada barra , sujeta por sus dos cremalleras . GRACIAS

Good product, great value
2014 VW Touareg, and they fit well, and feel super sturdy. There now is a little wind noise from the bars being there, but I would imagine all cross bars will do this. Very good value!

Works great
Mounted to the rails on a Mercedes station wagon easily. No trouble with mounting a Thule box on top. I noticed a bit of a whistle when I was test driving with the box. I realized the whistle was from the bars when I took the box off and went for another drive. I taped over the channel on the underside of the bars, and that took care of the problem. The tape is coming loose, so plan B will be filling that gap with some sort of sturdy rubber hose, or possibly piece of foam.

Les barres ne peuvent se monter que sur les emplacements avant et arriere des montants et non sur la partie centrale en aluminium. On n'a donc pas le choix de l'entraxe. Sinon bon matériel polyvalent qui fait le job, siffle un peu à 40 km/H.
