Absolute junk. 1st one I got ran a week, 2/3s full just fine. Started the rocks on grit 2 and it ran for a day and quit. After cooling for a few hours it would start back up, but only run for few minutes. Emptied the tub down to 1/3 and it would run a little longer. Contacted cust. srvc. After a few pic and videos they agreed to send another. Their 1st offer was a $20 refund, which I declined. When the 2nd machine arrived I tried it with the tub 1/3 full. The new one shuts down even quicker than the original. It's motor is far weaker than the 1st one. I gave up. Wasn't going to spend weeks corresponding with cust svc, taking more pics and vids, again.

Doesn’t Work
I bought this for my son in December for Christmas. He loves rocks. We finally tried using it this weekend but it did not work as it should. We followed the directions to a T. Even tried running it with 3 small rocks in it and it still wouldn’t keep turning. We had the right amount of water according to the directions then poured most of that out as well and still had no luck. I’ll gladly send a video. Disappointed for sure.

Excellent entry level tumbler.
Excellent tumbler to start out on, considering price is excellent. Be very careful when using this product and make sure you have scales to measure the amounts correctly. 1kg of rock and water + ceramic balls + plastic fill + grit. Don’t exceed 1.8 kg. This is a guide but you will need to buy more grits to polish further. Stage 1 7 - 8 sp for 2 days Stage 2. 5 - 6 gears for 2 days Stage 3. 3 - 4 gears for 1 days Stage 4. 1 - 2 gears for 2 days

Bought the 2.5 pound one originally, didn't work right amd neither did the replacement they sent. They refunded me and I bought this. Haven't used it yet but it seems much more sturdy than the other 4 pound tumbler I got from them a few months before. Metal housing instead of plastic. Barrel is good. I like how the machine looks and feels. Again I haven't run it yet. That's why I can only give 4 stars

The motors on the 2.5 and 4lbs machines are very under powered. I love the design, but you cannot put 2lbs of overall weight in the 2.5 tumbler nor 3lbs overall weight in the 4lbs machine and expect the machine to tumble. Instead they stall out. Too bad I wish I could recommend, but they just do not work as advertised.

I have bought Vevor products in the past eg Pot Stills. This product is an introductory product for stone tumbling. My only comment it does not come with tumbling.speeds or duration of tumbling cycles.

It does an excellent job, I did have an error code that wasn’t in the instructions but seems it was a bit heavy. Took a handful out and was all good. I like that it stops when the days you set it for are finished. Saves on power. Very happy and thinking of getting another!!
