It did come with a pole, and it cost me a lot of money to have the mounting bracket machined to fit on a pole.

Ok...this thing will only put out a few watts at low wind speed..... but goes up quickly as wind speed increases. Do your research. We live on a hill. If you don't get serious wind, think twice. The sun doesn't shine at night. This is a nice addition to a solar system.

I purchased this wind turbine a few months ago, its excellent, first I went to hardware store and bought 1 1/2" fence post threaded pipe with two 1 1/2" threaded braces and 4 bolts that fit the wind turbine main structure. Put it together, crimped an ac three wire outdoor extension cable to the turbine. Put black garden water tubing over extension cable to protect it. Crimped three connectors to the end of extension cable, connected extension cable to alternator rectifier, connected two dc cables to rectifier and connected those cables to my solar combination box. I've been making (depending on the wind of course) anywhere from 1.5 to 22 volts dc since. I get the Renogy smiley face in the middle of the night lol.

The wind turbine seems to be doing it's job. It doesn't shut down in high wind, but it also has not overcharged the batteries.The blades are plastic, not carbon fiber, which makes them weak.This turbine is much more noise than the 3 blade ones, or even carbon fiber ones.

So far my experience has been great.The turbine arrived ahead of schedule and was easy to set up.In roughly six months and again in one year I will update this review.

On the installation of the pictures they has the stand , and the long black wire but in the package don't have the stand amd. Long black wire. How do I do. Please help.

Good product!! Good quality and works well. You well need to modify it a bit but overall, happy with the product.

No issues with the unit. All parts arrived without issue. The included controller works properly as well. I did as one of the other customers did and adapted it to an 1 1/4 galvanized pipe with a floor flange. Just had to drill out the holes. I think people expect that the generator is going to turn as freely as it does without any electrical load, when its under load. The more electrical load on the generator the more force is required to turn the generator.
