This handrail is exactly what was needed for our two-step entry from garage to mud room. It is very sturdy, nicely designed and easy to install.

I like that the hardware came with the product sometimes you don't get that I was great not having to go to the store to get the hardware to install

I like the hand rail. It looks just like the picture and eliminated the need for a post to anchor it. We of course went to the hardware and bought long screws to anchor the handrail to the wall. I have been using it for support going down two stairs to my sun room. Had to position it right next to a window, but it is low enough that it is not distracting. I don't even see it anymore. Even with the long screws, it is just a tad wabbley. Still very satsfied and wou;d have gone 5 stars if the hardware had been what was needed. We knew that was going to happen because almost every review says the same thing. thinking of getting another for the two stairs into the garage

Rail was mounted to wood post with two 1/2 inch lag bolts 3 1/2 inches long. Rail is performing great to date!!

This is very heavy and sturdy and quite large. The appearance is very pretty too. I wish I could have used but it was just too long for my application.ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Upon trying to return they offered to give me back 55% of my money and I got to keep the product. I said no I wanted my money back. They have sent me a return label so we will see if that really goes through.

This thing is a lot heavier than you would think. It's SOLID
