Good solution to a rail placement problem
When the porch was built a carpenter put the rail on the wrong side of the door due to gutter downspout placement. Having had a few close calls with spills down the steps I was happy to find a decent solution. As an older woman I was able to install it with a little effort.

I purchased this for my elderly mother to use going from her garage into her house (she has one step). She loves it. just ordered another one for going from her front door into her house (one step up there also). Very sturdy -- highly recommend -- takes up little space.
