Arrived quickly, but on initial testing found that the 1/4 inch collet was not concentric - a 14mm bit would cut a (rough) track a bit over 15mm wide! Contacted Vevor with the issue (with video evidence) and they accepted that there was a machining fault with the collet and we came to a resolution that funded the purchase of a new collet locally. I purchased a new collet on-line that was same size, 9.5mm diameter at motor end (it was actually original Makita branded collet for 700c) and when it arrived it was ever so slightly too big and would not fit. So I honed the inside of the spindle shaft on the Vevor machine with rolled-up 400 grit sand paper and oil and it fits nicely now. The actual router delivered to me looked a bit different from the one pictured - it has a black speed dial (not red) and a different patterned top - see photo. All the accessories seem to be serviceable.
