Very good option for the price. Easy to put together and up. Looks like $1000 min. However water does get into the clear panels and does not get out. If I did it over I would put a small amount of silicone along each edge of panels to prevent any water from entering. I did shim the middle bracket up creating a slight slope in the panel and most of the water has drained but there is still visible moisture inside the panels. A little silicone would have prevented this. Still a nice and very inexpensive option.

Very light weight, and very rigid. I feel like the framework will outlast the polycarbonate panels, but when that happens, Ill just source more panels.

Musste leider ein Vordach reklamieren, da die Platten eine Undichtigkeit inne hatten. Der Hersteller hat mir ohne langes Gerede bzw. Verhandlungen ein komplettes neues Set zugeschickt, welches völlig in Ordnung ist. Der Service ist sehr gut. Kurz und knapp: Empfehlenswert

Works great so I got another one for my back door easy to install

Super excited! We were in a situation with water coming down after rain with no gutters! It has rotted the bottom of door! This awning is perfect! The black sides look great with the outside lights! The price was great! Easy to install! Material is UV protection and very rain proof! Thanks

great for cost

I purchased 3 ownings and they appear structurally sound, well built, and look good. We are very pleased with these ownings. Their structure surpassed what we expected. We will see how they handle winds and storms. That is the only questionable structural concerns. They seem to be very well engineered to resist wind but only time will tell. We will see how long the panel last and how easy it is to order new panels and replace them if needed. Price is excellent, no complaints. They should also help lower utilities during the hot months of summer. The assembling is kind of easy. The tiny Phillips screws are made of weak material and the head can break easily when screwing them in on the four corners of the side braces. Pretty hard to drill them in the aluminium braces without first predrilling. It takes a lot of force. The screw heads break too easily (see pictures)

Assembled easily and mounted by myself. Made a header board with 2 deck planks attached with 2 metal braces, and pre drilled mounting pilot holes for canopy brackets as well as facia mounting holes in line that will be covered by brackets. Put a stud on top middle bracket to hang assembly for positioning. Use a carriage bolt from behind or lag screw to 5/16 thread. Mount header over opening at desired location using a level, comes with hardware for stone or blind access, I used 6 deck screws into my 1\" wood facia with header pre finished with stain. Hange the canopy assembly on stud and secure other 5 locations with 3/8 x 1 1/2 lag bolts. Zip-em in with cordless driver and swivel socket. If outer over hang is uneven, shim lower brackets to raise low side.
