The bright Yellow tire boot offers a huge amount of visual deterrence. Having a boot on the tire just lets criminals know that its not going to be easy to steal this trailer. That said, it almost takes a third hand to hold the boot in place while one then has to crank the screw which tightens/adjusts the boot around the wheel/tire. Also, on these boots there are two steel spikes which are supposed to grab the tire tread and prevent movement. Unfortunately, these spikes prevented me getting these properly adjusted on the trailer tires.
I put the angle grinder to the spikes and now the boot fits much better.
