I received this vacuum and began using it. Throughout the first day, I had used the vacuum maybe a total of an hour over multiple instances. It began to make a strange noise, then I started smelling burnt plastic. I then noticed that the room had filled up with a smoky haze. I then reached out to Vevor customer support about it, when I did I was asked to send a video of this. Despite the unit possibly catching fire, I did go ahead and take the video to send to them. That was Thursday... now here we are on Monday of the next week and I still keep getting the run-around. This whole experience has changed the way I see Vevor. I have really enjoyed Vevor and didn't have issues with the other products, so I chose to assume that if something was not right they would take care of it. As of now, they have not. I needed this vacuum and I continue to get very little help replacing their broken and malfunctioning equipment. Unfortunately, I now have to say BUYER BEWARE, if they send you broken equipment, it will be a chore for you to get a replacement.
