awesome product , easy set up , easy to use , haves been using this for months with no issues , may need to upgrade to a larger one , but this does the job for small batches of candles

Should have read the other reviews about the temperature. To save you some trouble as to decide whether you are willing to deal with all of this, and also to remind myself how to use this, I am including the instructions from Customer Support here: "There are the following precautions when using this product: This is because of the characteristics of wax after melting, and the temperature will quickly increase after the wax is completely melted. Therefore, we recommend setting the temperature to about 10 ℃ higher than the melting point of the wax, and then stirring continuously during the melting process, so that the temperature will be relatively stable; The temperature of this machine may have a positive or negative error, so it is best to measure it with another thermometer. Cooling should be done by pouring out the container and not placing it in a bucket, as the residual temperature after heating inside the bucket does not dissipate so quickly."

I am using this for making skincare balm manufacturing. Really quick to melt beeswax and easy to clean. Highly recommend!

I purchased this pot to melt candle wax. It worked fine for about two months, then it started to leak. The bolt that connect to the spout doesn't stay on tight which caused oil to leak out. Oil is also leaking out from the bottom in certain places. I hope I can return or get a replacement.

Does the job for what I needed it to do. It was not as greater quality as I expected. I think I expected a heavy-duty stainless-steel product. It is not that. But its doing a good job either way.

Works really well although annoying that you have to leave it emply once you stop using it for the day! Also the plastic cover over the on switch fell off so its not covered any more.

This wax melter was easy to assemble, easy to use, clean, melts fast and makes my job go smoothly. Love, love, love it!

This helps melt my wax faster than a double boiler! I am able to produce my candle turn around by 40%! The 4 star was because it arrived damaged, it did not fit in the box properly. Damaged probably due to shipping. Recommendation ship it without the spout attached.

I purchased this melter to do higher volumes without having to continuously dip or use a ladle. It's a little smaller than I expected but, however it's bigger than what I had previously. I like it!! It makes the process much faster! I thought it was broken the first time I used it, but it was operator error. I didn't have the temperature on the correct setting; therefore, it wouldn't dispense the wax. Overall, I would purchase again and recommend this product. By the way, it holds a 10 lb slab of wax in solid state, more once melted.

Only used one time i set it for desired temp and it then went into a very hot mode and ruined all my wax
