This distiller met my needs. It fits nice on the counter, and has a clean look about it. The water from the tap, after distilled, leaves a lot of suspicious looking residue on that is too heavy to be carried up in the steam. It's bad, sort of like swamp water! Once the water is distilled, the taste is very clean. I wash my fruit and vegetable in the distilled water, and also use it to cook with, including using for tea, coffee and baking. I clean it by filling it up with some water, then adding citric acid. Letting it sit for a while, the residue along the sides from the tap water is clean and back to shining. Also, the bottom where the grime is left often 'cooks' in a little ring. That too is cleared off with citric acid. Then rinse, dry and it's ready to go again.

Nice stainless steel. Bigger than I thought. Each use produces enough to fill a 3 liter container.

I am enjoying my distiller. My family is healthier for it. I definitely will buy again. The product is easy to use and works as described.

Very well built comes with extra filters basically plug in fill with water and a few hours later you have distilled water. The nice touches include a rubber protection ring around the glass carafe a cover for the top of the carafe and cleaning granules.

I thought the jug would be hard to pour from but it's not. I hadn't tested the water but it seems like it's doing its job. I only use it once a day and it's been about 6 months and still going good. So far I hadn't shattered the pitcher lol. The rubber on the bottom definitely helps as I have granite counter tops and I'm not a very gentle lady lol.

Pro: Compact and easy to set up and use.Con: Water started leaking onto the counter.Took it apart, found a SMALL SPLIT in the crease/rounded edge of the pot.Must be a weak flaw in the steel and gave way when the metal was being pressed into shape.This was mentioned in the reviews by others. I will contact the manufacturer as the reviews said it was promptly replaced.I am extremely happy with this WATER DISTILLER, until the leak.

Works faster than last one. Lid difficult to remove, handle helps. Main complaint was catch container. No instructions for assembly. Had to put handle on twice, second time had to put upside down as rightside up was too difficult to use. Does not look like photograph. Very thin glass. The bumper on the bottom constantly falls off. Not well done. Glad I kept the glass container from my last distiller.Vendor contacted me and gave me 30% off to make right. Really appreciate their service.
