Item arrived missing the plastic handle and bolts/nuts to attach it. After emailing support about it, they want pictures of the unit in the box so the "technician can verify". I humbly submit this question of logic: Why is this even a thing? What advantage of the company would I be taking by trying to swindle a second plastic handle? I don't have the original packaging, and if it were atill in the original packaging, there would be no way for me to tell anything was missing because og how it was packed, so providing a picture of this would not provide the technician ANYTHING to verify.
Just send the missing part.
