Easy to use, the makes plenty for a long time doesn't take hours to make makes it easy for us CPAP users

Great quality and cheap. I use it in Arizona so I wash it after each use. I don't use citric acid because it causes rust after distillation. I use a stainless steel sponge to clean it.

Easy setup. Everything was in the box. It's just as described, and distilling water very fast right out of the box. I just got it, so I'm not sure about anything else right now, but so far I'm very pleased with this purchase. I bought it to distill water for my cool mist humidifier. It will pay for itself in no time!

The instructions are terrible. The translation from Chinese to English is just about unreadable. Many people have reported things about the stainless steel cap that goes over the bottle for the distilled water. Had the same issue, until I figured out that it really is a funnel - put the pointy end down and into the bottle, and works like a champ. Mine will drip/leak a couple tablespoons of water from the seal at the top. Its done this since day one. I put the whole unit in a shallow pan/cookie sheet so I don't have water all over. No amount of cleaning the silicone gasket helps. It mysteriously losses water in the process - fill the bottle to the top, and yet, when it finishes by shutting itself off, there is an inch of room in the bottle. A good cup or two of water goes somewhere. They make it sound like you can turn off the condenser part, open it up, and put more water in. LET IT COOL DOWN before you take the top off, or you will get scalded! Its essentially a pressure cooker of water.

I love in an area with really hard water, and the hard water was breaking expensive things, like my steam cleaner, carpet cleaner, and swamp cooler. I have 2 water distillers and they’re great! Super light weight, easy to use, and easy to clean. Naturally when they’re on and being used they produce a lot of heat so be mindful of that and where you put them. Aside from that they are super quiet and you hardly realize they are there!

I don’t have to contribute to the world’s plastic waste anymore thanks to this distiller. The cost of the distiller is approximately the same as a seasons worth of buying jugs of distilled water, which is also rising in price at the store. I am very satisfied with this product.

Using for humidifier

Love the ease of use - just fill with tap water and push a button. In a few hours you have a gallon of distilled water. It has a fan but I don't have any issues with the noise as it is pretty quiet. Been using my distiller almost daily and it is working perfectly. Water is clean and does not have any chemical taste from the tap water that is distilled. You have to clean the bottom after each use with citric acid (included) so the container does not get build up. I let it soak overnight and it comes out clean. Easy to use, fairly easy to clean and love the final results. Distilled water is over $2 a gallon and this saves me many trips to the store and having to recycle water jugs. All around win!

Relatively easy to use, found it a useful appliance. Until it began leaking onto the counter, more and more each use. Then it leaked a lot and tripped the breaker on the outlet it was plugged into. Ultimately, it had lasted only 18 months. I'll look for an alternative because I use distilled every day for medical purposes.

I use the water for my medical equipment and with this I never have to worry about running out of distilled water when it is needed.
