I wish that I would of had this when my kids were at home. I canned a whole year of tomatoes in one day. 30 quarts. What a time saver.

I don't have a lot of time to devote to the kitchen on a daily bases,so I like to make large batches to help free up time. I like the thickness of the metal used and see it lasting many years.

Have use mine 1 time so far and LOVE it! Holds a lot and very sturdy! Got a lot of canning done in a very short time compared to my normal canner. Fits great on my 2 burner propane stove. Is great to use if you have a lot to can. Would definitely buy again!

Watch out, my pantry! I'm Canning! Hubs bought this for me as a surprise. We recently got into canning and realized we LOVED doing it. We don't have much pantry room for this newfound hobby, but I digress. Maybe a pantry order in my future ;) This is lightweight while empty! Not lightweight at all when filled with water. My husband does have to move it for me if it is full. It does the job though! The Amish are on to something! This was an awesome purchase!
