Have used several times since installing. Works well in all aspects of the advertised features. I’m a happy customer I may buy an additional reel.

I bought two of these, one for my garage and one for my back patio. They were easy to mount and came with all of the mounting hardware I needed, which surprised me! One had to mount to studs and one had to mount to masonry, and they gave the proper anchors and bolts I needed for both. Super easy to put together. Been using it every day for about a month now and no issues. The included quick disconnect is a little too loose to use every day so I opted to remove that and screw it on, but it's nice that it came with that option. We will see how it holds up after an Ohio winter, but so far I'm satisfied and would buy them again.

I purchased this item to get away from the highly expensive hose reel garden box that typically last for 2 to 3years a then break. Upon receiving very quick delivery. This item was packaged well and super easy to install. The function is exactly the same as an air compressor hose reel. Works awesome. I do hope I get more then 2 to 3 years out of it. The ease of rolling my 130 foot hose in less then 1 minute makes rolling up the hose a joy. I highly recommend this product. I would rate this product 5 star although in my world there is always room for improvement. Great product for the price. Happy gardener

This hose and housing works great. would buy it again next time the hose on my other side of the house goes.

I am overall pleased with this hose reel but after purchasing and using it I should’ve went with the 5/8ths hose over the 1/2”. The 1:2”” hose just doesn’t allow enough water pressure like a 5/8”. Otherwise it is a good product and seems to be well made so far.

It works great , reel has a strong spring .It reaches all over my garden area I like that it has a metal mounting bracket . Now the key is to see how it will hold up to the hot southern sun.

Easy to install, came just about assembled... the hardest part was digging the hole for the post as I didn't want to attach it to the house!

hi i had ordered 2 retractable hose reels a 65 ft. and i believe a 84 ft. the 84 ft. came with a 4 hole metal brace which attaches to where ever you decide and the 65 ft. came with a four hole plastic brace my question is can i buy the four hole metal brace for my 65 ft. hose reel in order to be more sturdy. thanks paul

So much better than the manual hose reel we had. Easy to install. Easy to use. It takes a few times to figure out the length adjustment. We’ll go to pull out more and it just wants to reel it back in. Happy with the purchase so far!

I like everything about this product. I have two of them. It makes it a lot easier to water everything.
