This one wasn't exactly what we expected.. we received it with a completely damaged box upon arrival and after the initial inspection noticed it was missing several vital parts needed and the canvas was torn so after contacting customer service through online first they ended up not helping really at all but before they began their investigation i contacted customer service by phone but was informed that being i started my initial claim through chat and email that they couldn't assist me being it was 2 different departments so I didn't get the full benefit of my purchase the first time... But after almost a year later and it still being under warranty it ended up with another damage due to some winds we received and after contacting customer service again through phone this time I received a replacement but only after fighting with several team members about it being under warranty when i actually did the claim a week or so before it running out which was still inside the timeframe... They compensated me the first time a small partial refund of $40 then fully replaced it under warranty after I hassled them but in the end they did right!
