BUYER BEWARE—company does not have a customer service phone line, all disputes via internal messaging. This greenhouse arrived damaged and missing parts/hardware. After contacting through site, they had me send photos which I complied with and they would not send a new greenhouse, only wanting to send “accessories”. When inquiring what is contained in accessories, they would never state. It took over a month to receive the package and it only contained hardware, not the 4 missing poles and replacement for 2 damaged poles. When asking where the missing poles were, they started they could re-apply for another accessories to be sent. I requested several times to have a new greenhouse sent and they would not, nor give me a reason why they would not make this right on their end. I told them this was a gift for a friend and they have a greenhouse they cannot put up due to lacking parts. They do not care. NEVER ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN. [not allowing me to add photos]
