Received unpacked assembled printed . Very easy to use software but I’m upgrading want more features unlocked . Complementary vinyl kind of low quality. Very happy though

This is a good vinyl cutter - but despite the page quoting a cut width of 285mm, in reality you won't get much over 250mm without crashing the cut head into the side wall. Software (Sign Master) is quick and easy to use. I use CorelDRAW to design what I want to cut and export SVG, which I can drop straight into the Sign Maker software. Good features and will automatically put a weeding box around your design. This is awesome for quick work, settings on the top menu are easy to change and happy with the performance. If you're looking for a professional machine, this isn't it. If you're looking for a good alternative to the name-brand hobby machine without the DRM and subscriptions, this is absolutely the machine for you. Just as a last word - the vinyl that ships with this cutter is horrible - please do yourself a favour and throw it in the bin.

Works great. Easy to set up and get connected. Wish there was better software for my Mac to use with it though.

I found that one of the top rollers were loose. I tightened them both and the material is now going straight. Working fine now. I wish I would've bought a bigger machine that cuts larger graphics. But this machine does a great job on smaller graphics.

Great cutter just get different vinyl because the stuff that comes with it is cheap and hard to work with.
