Setup instructions were meh at best, the software instructions were nearly useless, fine tuning the machine to work properly took a good bit of googling, because the instructions said nothing about how to fine tune. With that initial hassle out of the way, it's been a spectacular machine. I have heard some people complain that their more expensive machines do not cut Chrome vinyl very well but this thing did phenomenally. I had a ton of tight squiggles that it reproduced flawlessly over a dozen times. So initially it is amazing only time will tell if the inexpensive side of this device will bite me in the tail by not being long-term reliable. Too early to judge that.

Take your time to learn your machine and you WILL enjoy it!!! Awesome product! I’m getting more and more comfortable with it each day

You get exactly what you see!! a Great cutting, at a great price!! Super easy to set up and get going quickly. The only honest complaint I can have is, the vinyl that comes with it isn't the best quality it wrinkles on the backing paper. But in my opinion, that doesn't change the value of this purchase!!

I want to buy the 34" vinyl cutter but the "bundle" only offers 12" wide vinyl and there are no site's that offer 34" wide vinyl.so I ask you what good is the machine if there is no vinyl to put in it? Where i can buy34” ????????

If the wifi worked with apple products it would have got 5 stars from me. But it does not work with apple only android !!!!

I'm very pleased with this plotter. I'm a first time user and it was really simple to set it up. The vinyl that comes with it is for decals not shirts. But the product itself it's very nice!

He loves the cutter easy to use the only problem was u can only have it on one computer at a time he had problems getting it to download on a new laptop but when using the disk it did great

So far it works very well, already paid for itself in election signs. It’s loud, but most stepper motors are. Good value for the money.
