I like this awning and it is well made however when I researched this shade the manufacture description didn't state that to use it your vehicle has to have a rook rack and after I received the shade I contacted the vendor and inquired about some type of mounting adaptor to use on a car without a roof rack and they stated that they unfortunately don't have anything. Since I like the shade I decided to keep it and made my own mounting adaptor using 2 heavy duty suction cups and so far it has worked very well!
It's winter time so I haven't had the opportunity to really use this yet, but I set it up at home to get familiar with how it works. The material it's made of appears to be very durable, and setup didn't take long. The covered area is plenty big enough to accommodate several chairs and I can definitely see how well this will work this summer when we're at the beach.
