This band saw is built as well as the 400 dollar units and is a smooth operation

This far exceeds an abrasive metal saw. No sparks and great clean cuts. You will appreciate how easy this tool is to use.

Well I have no idea what the saw is like as it didnt get delivered, wasted hours of time and money trying to collect it to no avail, still chasing Vevor for the refund and all because they screwed up the shipping .....they did compensate $50 which will be lucky to compensate for the fuel wasted tyring to collect item. All in all a complete waste of time and effort on my part

It cuts like its suppose to. But the angle mechanism doesn't lock properly so if you're not paying attention your cuts will be off.

The YouTube reviews told the truth... A great bit of kit! Plenty of projects on the horizon. How do they do it?

This saw works well as in it will cut through steel. I've been having issues with blades blunting quickly but I think this is user error rather than the machine's fault. You can get replacement blades for it in Bunnings and I had the same issue with these belts as well. I have been cutting through steel that may have hardened during forging so I just need to play around with to figure out the best way to get it to cut straight and not blunt the blade.

Fantastic saw, cuts perfectly clean steel, pvc etc. Easy to use and very compact. Great product.Great price compared with other high end saws a d the quality of cut is outstanding. I highly recommend 10/10!.

I was pleasantly surprised by the build quality and sheer weight of the steel base for this band saw. I was expecting something light-weight and flimsy which may or may not cut squarely, but found that it's built like the proverbial brick outhouse. I bought this for cutting Aluminium T-slot extrusions and it cuts through these like a knife through butter, producing cuts which are square and clean. The included manual is pretty rubbish and, in particular, the saw that I received has plastic safety guards over both wheels, but these safety guards are not depicted in the manual nor are any instructions given on how to remove them - I assume that this is a different version or new revision of the saw design but the manual wasn't updated to reflect the changes in design. You need to remove one Phillips-head screw on each guard and then slide them sideways to disengage the attachment points. The instructions for mounting the saw blade were similarly unhelpful, but I was able to work it out in the end.
