Sturdy and nice Bentism/Vevor cart, but needs better assembly instructions , so I wrote them here. The difference between shelves is that the bottom shelf holes where screws go, are drilled all the way through, but the top shelf holes are not drilled all the way through. Both shelves are smooth on top and the underside has XX's molded out from the polypropylene plastic. FIRST -Turn both the top shelf and the handle section facing downward. Connect them together by using the groves that are on the smaller end of the shelf. Slide it down and tap it with a mallet or wood to connect securely. There are no screws to this step. SECOND- Install the 4 legs on the corner edges while the top is still up-side-down. Ignore the R and L marked on them. Note, 2 legs have a small extention tab protruding from the bottom and need to be installed in the area nearest to the handle piece to help hold it in place. Tap with mallet and screw the 3 silver short screws in each leg using a phillips screw driver (turning screws to the right). THIRD-Turn the bottom shelf smooth side down and place it over the legs, tap it down with a mallet. FOURTH-Place wheels ontop of the four corners. The 2 that freely turn go closest to the handle area. Place a black bolt from the bottom up in the hole on the outer corner of each leg and up through the metal attaching the wheel. Secure with a lock nut (flater side goes on first). Install the 3 silver bolts in the same mannor on each wheel. Flip the cart over and enjoy!
