I needed a way to hoist a RV air conditioner on top of my RV by myself in a safe manner. This was it and for what I was lifting it was way overkill which is good. With both pulleys and the thickness of ac unit I only needed 33" of clearance from anchor point and top of RV. Now that I have it I will be using it for many things I cant lift by myself in and out of my truck.

I didn't like the fact that ot wasn't put together. I had to research how to string it.

I am a carpenter who had to lift a C channel bar at 260 lbs on second floor tie beam for reenforcement. I did that with little effort , using this product.

In order to use double pulleys, at least one of the pulleys has to have two points for connecting ropes. The Twin Sheave Block and Tackle is unique in actually butting two points of contact on all of its double pulleys. Feel lucky if you buy one of these pulleys.
