We had bought and overcab rack that was too heavy for us to implement. I bought this 2nd and it is perfect for our kayaks. I added Jbars to them to accommodate 2 kayaks.

I was interested in a simple ladder rack that was easy to install/remove and did not require any drilling into my truck. This ladder rack ticked all the boxes. Coming in just over $100, I feel I got a great product that supersedes my expectations. It came packaged very carefully and tidy. All the necessary parts were there, and the nuts and bolts were bagged nicely. The rack was super easy to install. No drilling required, the j-bolts hold securely to the side of the truck bed. The rack adjusts to fit many different dimensions so I had no problem assembling it on my Dodge Ram. I am impressed how secure each leg of the rack is. I can’t do too many, but I can do a few pull-ups on the crossbar and it feels secure. I can travel down the highway and nothing moves. The ladders ride great on top, and the rack comes with a few tie-down areas. I wouldn’t hesitate putting kayaks, canoe, paddle boards, lumber, or a host of other items up there. If you’re looking for a simple rack that is easy to install and remove, performs well, and looks nice, this is a good choice.

On a Toyota Tacoma the clamps need to be cut down because of the tie down channel I side the bed. BUT for the money they are very sturdy and work extremely well

We purchased in order to mount \"J\" Bars and haul kayaks. The installation went alright, a bit difficult when building the top cross bar and getting them mounted, but we got through it. Looks like we'll be able to mount \"J\" bars (bought separately) and will not have to extend the rack from it's base height at all and it will be tall enough on our Ranger for kayaks to ride. One screw on the top bar came out and was lost so we had to order extra screws as the system didn't come with extra's. We ordered screws from amazon ( M8-1.25x10mm Button Head Socket Cap Screws - 20Pack -$7.10).

I/we are a canoe outfitter for Wabakimi Wilderness Park, and have a fleet of vehicles for shuttles. This rack was installed on our news Silverado Crew cab. Easy to install. Super strong an well made. And the price was way less than I expected.

Good for the money. Not for heavy duty everyday use but perfect for my needs at work where I'll occasionally have to carry longer trim peices or a ladder, etc. However, in order for the two uprights to be far enough apart to be effective, the front one has to mount towards the front of the truck and the truck-bed toolbox has to be slid quite a bit towards the back to still open. It's not that big of a deal to me but might be to others. But this will be true no matter what version of these types of rack you go with. Overall, a great value.

Before purchasing this rack system I did a lot of research. I even reached out to the manufacture to see if the racks would be compatible with my 2024 Ford Ranger. Vevor assured me they were. Well the bolts provided for the clamps were too short for me to get a solid grip on my bed rail. I ended up purchasing 80mm bolts, that worked perfectly. To insure the bolts were locked down tight I also purchased nuts to act as a double safety feature. The overall assembly of the crossbars and uprights went well. Though I did the entire install myself, I would recommend having an assistant to speed up the entire assembly and installation process. These are definitely solid racks and I would definitely recommend. Just be prepared to possibly modify some of the provided parts.

I use these to carry our Kayaks, it allows us to bring our bikes along in the back of the pickup. Frees up a lot of room. I first thought that the Racks may cause a bit of noise from the wind, but to my surprise they are quite silent.. I am pleased with our purchase and would recommend them to anyone that needs that extra carrying space.

Got rack from ups had it installed in 20 minutes. Very sturdy, mounts quick. Great product won’t be disappointed for the price.

Very nice! Was a bit hard to follow the directions according to my mechanic who was nice enough to install it for a small fee! Once he figured out the first rack he said the second one was easy to put together!
