One issue is that without cross bar support, you can get distortion in the cart that leaves opposite(diagonal) corners of the cart raised, so that there is some instability, requiring lowering of the wheels in the diagonal corners. Not a big deal.You could also just force the diagonal corners down by bending the whole cart. Other than that, works great. I would buy it again.
I use this cart in a dental office for my labtop associated with an intraoral scanner. One of the best investments I have made hands down. It is sturdy and high quality. Highly recommend. 10 stars!!!
We bought 3 of them for our office. One came with a dented shelf and none came with assembly instructions, but we were able to figure out how to put them together after a little trial and error. I suggest having help the build. They are pretty good carts despite those couple of issues.
