Fits 5 electric guitars no problem, but don't try fitting any acoustics in there, it's just too tight spacing and you'll wind up banging your acoustics against each other (cringe). Stand has no problem handling the weight of 5 electrics without any sag.

Easy to put together, holds my 2 basses and 3 guitars nicely. Now I've just gotta find some friends.
