Jack is nice and did finally get my order to take. There's some reason that I have a problem ordering from you. Every order, at first doesn't go through and I know all the information is right. To get an order through to you, I'm forced to resubmit it two or three times and it's a problem for me. The last order, I chose to just cancel and buy somewhere else. If you can help, I'd really appreciate it. Otherwise, I'm going to try ONE more time to order something and if it doesn't go through the first time, I'll never try ordering from you again.

I have just used this in my shop on my F150 pickup, it lifts it like a champ. I use 90 lbs air pressure in my compressor and that seems to be fine. The only reason I gave it 4 stars on the features is because the center pad does not seem to screw up and down for height so I just cut a few 2x4 blocks to raise the jack higher

Bought it because it's lighter than standard jacks so I thought lighter is better I'm 70 yrs old with a bad back and heart ❤️ so I buy anything that keeps me in my shop

Box is destroyed... Hope all the parts are here... I was looking forward to receiving this I bought it for a gift... No way you could wrap this up and give it to a familywmber or friend. I hope it's all here ..

Quick easy way to lift your car or tuck. I used these to lift 2008 ram 2500 diesel, to change front brakes. No problem at all. Lower cars like Wrx and VW Golf little tight getting under them. But it sure is fast. No jack handles in the way. Definitely my preferred method of lifting vehicles now!!

I did not realize the pump chasing this type of automotive lift that it would jerk as it went up and down with air pressure. There was no indication that it would not move smoothly in the write ups that I read. Contacted Vivan about this and they said that’s normal for it to jerk. Would not suggest this to people who are used to the smooth action of the hydraulic pump on a standard floor jack.

This is a valuable tool and works very well. It lifts to a good height; it lifts and lowers quickly. I have used it many times since it arrived and have been happy with it!

This looks to be a very nice tool for someone with bigger equipment lifting needs than I have. The reason I gave it 4 overall rating is the fact I couldn't return it and exchange for the 3T unit. It was my mistake ordering the 5T jack. I had both in my cart and accidentally ordered the wrong one. Customer Service suggested , because of shipping cost, I keep it and sell it locally. Overall I believe this could be a great addition to your shop if you need heavy lifting capabilities.

First time to use and hose to bottom of lift split and blew off the air bag. I cut off bad end and pushed back on and it split again. NOW LOOKING FOR NEW HOSE TO PUT ON FITTING. It split just as pressure being put in the air bag, hose was bad from where ever you bought it from.

It did what it said it would do and more love my order and I recommend it to anyone that wants to order and use this air pump I ordered two of them because I needed to level up my building because I couldn’t close or open my door to my building but thanks 🙏 to these two air pumps it got the job done and now my building is back to normal and I can open and close my door good and I’m thinking about getting me one to jacket up my vehicle 🚗 because if it can lift up my heavy building then I know it will jacket up my vehicle
