Amazon quickly connected me with the shipper, and my problem was addressed immediately.

My initial shipment of this item was mis delivered by FEDX. However A Bestauto representative ( Emmy) contacted me immediately and I received a replacement within 4 days of my inquiry. UPS, my employer for 33 years, as usual, did a great job. The Jack works perfectly!
