These work really well if set up with regular air compressor hose. You have to change 2 fittings to do that. They are fairly loud after you make that change

Exceeds expectations for loudness
I knew it would be loud. I literally laughed out loud when I tested it. So crazy loud, I love it. Actually bought it for the air compressor for my rear air suspension, but the compressor with the horn wasn’t a lot more money than just the compressor. Compressor is quieter than I expected, horn is louder. Win win.
