Shipped well and rapidly to my door and just in time for my lesson. I re-seasoned it just for peace of mind and for the experience with a little flaxseed oil @ 450oF and it turned out beautifully, putting it together was a snap. I use 2 pieces of waxed paper to keep the dough from sticking to the press and make sure my iron is hot. 40-40-45 seconds is my rule of thumb for turning tortillas and remember to press firmly around to get that rise. I'm now head tortilla maker in our house, and mighty proud to say it!
