For the price this is a great unit and the stand helps tremendously. It is very stable and did not need to be bolted to the floor. The planing action was parallel right out of the box. The packaging secured the planer great. The instructions for the stand were a bit lacking but, understandable.

I was surprised at how well this planer works. Will handle oak very well and leaves it without noticeable planer marks.

Purchased this planer since I am a rookie woodworker, this works great, set up was easy and works as expected.

Glad I got it. There is only 2 things I do not like about the VEVOR Benchtop Planer. 1. The stan screws (to put the stan together) are cheap and strip ease. 2. The stan should be 18" taller. My back was hurting after a day of planning

This planer performed exactly as I would expect at this price point. It removes material in an even and smooth pattern with minimal snipe.

Leaves a very nice finish. I've sent a bunch of oak through it and it still seems sharp. The stand that comes with it is to short to do anything but give you a sore back. The height adjustment is not very smooth. It could use a little more power. And sometimes it doesn't like to feed. Considering all that If you want a good planer at a low price this is a good buy.
