I was quite surprised at the quality of this telescoping ladder. I have used telescoping ladders of various lengths for many years and this one is easily the smoothest to raise/lower and the one that feels most solid under load. The only thing to be aware of is that this 18.5' ladder has rungs which are spaced quite a bit farther apart than any other telescoping ladder I've ever seen or used. You have to stretch a bit going up and down so for folks with shorter legs it may be a challenge.

Fits on the top bunk for those random loads. Even stores behind the driver and passenger seat perfectly. The hooks are pointless and fall out all the time don't trust them.

It came very quickly with no issues.

This is a very sturdy ladder, but it DOES NOT HAVE ONE BUTTON RETRACTION as is mentioned in its description, I contacted the company and they said it does not, and it does not have slow retraction, it takes getting used to so you do not hurt your fingers, the included owners manuel is not very clear in its operating procedures!

Sturdy ladder. Supports a lot of weight. Easy to carry, very functional. Does extend to 18’. Would recommend use and easy to haul in a car.

Rungs don't stick when released! Huge for me. I've used several brands that have collapsed. This looks and feels rugged. Love it!

So easy to use, extend, and sturdy. I needed a ladder that would fit into my small car, but could reach above the second story of my son's house. This was perfect. And I love how compact it folds down into, for both fitting in the truck on a car, and storage in my garage. Very happy with this purchase.

I have been using the ladder over the last few weeks. A trapezoid picture window in my house was converted to a rectangular one, requiring me to apply a joint compound over the new window which is above a lower window. The ladder has been indispensable. First, I can adjust the ladder to the height needed. Second, the rubber pad on the middle of the top rung allowed me to safely and securely place the ladder against a textured wall without damaging the wall. Lastly, the rubber feet gripped the luxury vinyl floor quite well, as I had no ladder slippage. The only small downside, is that the rungs are space a bit far apart, so a person of a smaller stature may want to be more careful.

I found this to be very sturdy. I’m scared of heights but felt safe on this. Easy to operate but a little heavier than I expected.

I like telescoping ladders because they fit in a small space in my van. But, I didn't think to look at the step distances on this ladder, it's 15 in between rungs and not 12. You have to get use to the extra 3 in step when going up or down.
