This is a fantastic product. Better in every way than a regular straight ladder, and easily stowable. Very sturdy, yet reasonably light to carry. Very tall. And so easy to transport and stow. A couple notes : (1) It comes with hooks for the top. The instructions don't tell you how to attach the hooks. You need to pop off 2 rubber plugs in the top corners, to expose the hook attachment points, which is not easy. I just threw the plugs away, and leave the hooks permanently attached. (2) When collapsing the ladder stages, watch your hand positioning -- it's easy to crush your hand or strip your skin as the sections slide down.

Easy to use, satisfied with the product and works as described. Would recommend. Bought it to use with my travel trailer, but have found many more uses.

I have used this extensively. I ordered it and received it in the same week. ( For reference: I live in a small town in Florida.) I really enjoy having the versatility that this ladder offers. I no longer need a truck to haul ladders. It's compact size when fully retracted is remarkable. It would fit in any small SUV or larger vehicle. It has given me confidence in the brand and the quality for price. I will definitely order more tools from them and no, i wasn't paid for this review.

My husband and I are so happy we purchased this. We regulary need to power wash the side of our house. This ladder easily reaches what we need. We also needed to close a hole on our roof that squirrels made and this ladder reaches the part of the roof we need. It is less bulky than any ladder we have at our house and reaches more. It pulls out and goes collapses easily and it's not too heavy.

I have had this ladder for a couple of weeks now, and I must say that I have been very impressed with it so far. I am a 350 pound man, so getting something fat guy friendly is a must. Getting up and down the ladder has been easy, and there has not been nearly the amount of flex I was expecting. I also like the steps, because they are wide enough to stand on comfortably. I'm amazed at how well it seems to be built, but not weigh all that much. It collapses down, and is easily store in my RV basement. I would definitely recommend this product.

We bought this so not to carry out large one around. Tho we found it to be a little more shaky and easily able to pinch your hands, even if you put it down as directed. Wish it had something soft on top for padding against whatever you lean against, but we put something there ourselves.

This ladder is excellent! it does what it should. I found out with this purchase that if you get a telescoping ladder, it is job specific. I wasn't aware that when you get a 15 foot ladder that you can not use it for an 8 foot job. I prefer the old fashioned extention ladders due to the fact that they would work for various heights all in one ladder. Don't get me wrong...for the camper, when I need to get on top, this thing rocks. Light weight and stores easily. For anything else, I need different sizes. Just a little information that I did not know before purchasing this ladder that people should be aware of.

Works great and the sections lock and don’t slip. When extended it gets a little shaky because of the width of the ladder now some of these ladders have outriggers on them. Watch your fingers when unlocking the sections.
